All that we\'re missing is you. Apply today! About the role The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing overall daily plant operations. Priorities include personnel safety, quality assurance, and testing and control of incoming materials. Maintain efficient operations while achieving daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This position is responsible for data entry into NetSuite and recording daily activities. Additionally, this role will coach, mentor, and groom direct reports in daily operations, safety, and Covanta\'s code of ethics. Job Duties: Be a Champion of Safety: Always take an active role in prioritizing safety for yourself and others. Build and champion a strong safety culture to ensure the plant maintains compliance with Covanta\'s safety, operations, and environmental policies and procedures. Manage the health and safety of employees to continuously improve Covanta\'s health & safety performance. Organize & Plan Production: Plan the daily operation scheduling of plant production to ensure optimal utilization of plant and equipment, personnel and inventory requirements, and work procedures.
