Community Connections Inc Employment Specialist in Winner, South Dakota
[Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm; could vary depending on the job needs of the participants.
[Requirements: HS Diploma or GED. Valid SD Driver's License. Must pass CCI's mediaide training course.
[The Employment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that people supported are given theopportunity to work in an integrated and competitiveemployment field. The Employment Specialist will work with individuals to identify and develop skills to prepare them for employment and assist those that are ready with finding the job of their choice.
[This position requires high accuracy, attentionto detail, and excellent communication skills. This person will demonstrate the ability to listen, generate creative ideas, and a willingness to explore opportunities within the local community.
