BAYADA Home Health Care Employee Services Coordinator in Winston Salem, North Carolina
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part Time Employee Services Coordinator to work in our Winston-Salem, NC Assistive Home Care Office .

Responsibilities for Employee Services Coordinator:
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.
Greet all applicants and visitors as they enter office and escort or direct them to appropriate person(s).
Prepare correspondences, proposals, presentations and corporate documents as needed.
Maintain and track statistics or other records as required.
Answer telephones and assist callers including placing callers into voicemail and process telephone messages.
Process incoming and outgoing office mail, including UPS packages.
Word processing and data entry, if required.
Provide general clerical support to office staff including but not limited to ordering supplies and forms.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair with appropriate vendors.
Assist Director and other office staff with administrative tasks including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Maintain the Director’s daily calendar, as needed, and confirm appointments.
Assist in preparing for office events, projects and programs.
Print and distribute office resource materials on a regular basis to ensure office staff has current information.
Create personnel files and client charts, as needed.
Assist with office filing and maintenance of personnel files or client charts.
Do general filing, faxing and photocopying.
Perform related duties, or as required or requested by Supervisor.
Qualifications for Employee Services Coordinator:
Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
High school diploma required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
