Strong Analytics skills, needs to be able to interact with Business, get business requirements, being able to design systems/applications, and translate business functional requirements into Technical requirements. Liaison between business and technical team.

Strong Azure skills & PBI. Need to be an SME on Azure with experience in development, however this role will require minimum development.

Be able to provide guidance to the technical team on development methodology and practices, being able to help in troubleshooting any issues. Proficient in Azure tools, such as Azure Data Factory, data bricks, Azure data storage, and Azure devops.

The Senior Analyst, BI Analytics, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

  • Conduct data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics to support decision-making.

  • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and best practices.

  • Continuously improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

  • Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and industry trends.

Minimum Education/ Experience Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree Preferred Education/ Experience Master's degree with 3+ relevant work experience;

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R;

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure,)

Specific Skills or Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.

  • Proficient in Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS.

  • Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI,

  • Experience with Azure Dev ops.
