Job Title: Customer Service Rep Location: Winter Haven, FL Pay: $15.25/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Duration: Temporary, seasonal position
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check-in drivers as they arrive at facilities and coordinate with the dock personnel for the assignment of doors for loading or unloading
- Enter orders and receipts, print documentation needed for unloading and loading of trucks such as pick tickets, check sheets, lot labels, put-away sheets, bills of lading, and receipt notices
- Answer telephones and personal inquiries, route visitors and calls to the appropriate personnel, and schedule all appointments for inbound and outbound carriers
- Make sure the cycle count reports are printed daily per SOPs, counted, and signed by the supervisor of each facility
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong data entry and clerical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Some knowledge of general warehouse practices, terminology, and documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
