Job Description:

Information Compliance Analyst, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Winter Haven, FL. Promote best practices surrounding data privacy and Information Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). Identify, respond, and/or heighten risks. Participate in ventures and activities that safeguard compliance with Information GRC Policies and other applicable Risk Management rules. Identify and develop solutions to information governance issues working with technology partners, Lines of Business, and Information GRC. Provide comprehensive reviews of data flows submitted by all business lines to the Information GRC team that document the process of how reports are produced. Monitor the key performance indicators to safeguard internally. Detect gaps and provide resolutions for the data flow operation process to safeguard that internal processes are effective, well documented, and diminish the risk of errors. Effectively communicate information governance compliance status and progress to stakeholders.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Engineering (any), or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept five (5) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

•Working in information technology or computer operations, specifically Information Governanceindustry standards, Risk, Compliance, or Audit;

•As a business analyst with a specialization in information technology or computer operations;

•Data lifecycles in varied technical environments;

•Understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and/or associatedrisks/controls;

•Related global government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues; such asGDPR, LGDP, or CCPA; and

•Use of several types of data sets including employee data, transportation data, entity data,customer data, supplier data, or item data.

Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week.
