Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager/Patient Care Leader is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a brad level of accountability for outcomes. Provides 24 hour/ 7 day accountability care for assigned patients.

Required minimum 2 years of RN acute care experience
Must have an RN background in Labor & Delivery
Preferred minimum 1 year of Leadership experience
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered Nurse) - State of Florida
Location: Winter Haven Women's Hospital
Status: Full Time, Day Shift; Exempt
Shift Hours: variable
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
