Purpose:

Unlock Your Potential as an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper! Be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring smooth transactions and contributing to the success of our growing company. Essential Duties:

  • Maintain Accounts Receivable, and ensure billing accuracy.

  • Prepare Medicaid Billing, track aging accounts and handle service authorizations.

  • Post Cash Receipts , collect debts, and monitor for write-offs.

  • Input Data into Traverse, ensure compliance.

Required Qualification:

  • High School Diploma

  • Two years prior accounts receivable, bookkeeping and computer experience

  • One-year prior Medicaid experience

  • Must possess Advanced Excel skills and Good Organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
