Job Requirements: High School Diploma preferred but not required. Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record. Knowledge of sign industry and/or handy person skills preferred but not required. Will train. Great pay Incentives for on-site installations. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to perform sign installation duties. Basic knowledge of shop tools and handyman skills.Ability to work with measurements.Employer conducts a Motor vehicle record check.
Job Responsibilities: Work with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide guidance for best solutions. Promote Signs Now professionally while on site for sign delivery, site inspections and installations. Operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure efficiency in production and Quality Control. Work with management to reschedule workloads as necessary to meet promised deadlines. Maintain clean and organized work area. Ability to perform physical tasks. Written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to trouble-shoot. Multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently as well as an integral team member. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer/prospect base.
Work Schedule: Full-Time 40 Hours- Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: $19.00-$40.00 per Hour
