JOB REQUIREMENTS: Caregiver with Flexible Schedule Are you a compassionate care provider with a flexible schedule to assist with pick-up shifts as needed? Would you enjoy assisting someone with their personal care and socialization needs? You would be joining an amazing team, and you would receive your schedule for a full month to maintain work life balance. Wage: \$15.00 per hour Immediate Need: Back up staff with a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed Daily Shift Hours Within The Home: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm 10:00 pm - 7:00 am * Back-to-back shifts are allowed so you can get several hours in 1 -2 days. Tasks Include but are not limited to: All Personal care Changings Transfers with a Hoyer lift Feeding Cooking / Cleaning / Laundry Medication Administration Ideal Candidate: Has 1 year of professional experience in a healthcare-related field Is familiar with the needs of someone with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Someone who has personal care experience including the use of a hoyer lift Someone who can make conversation about pretty much anything Someone dependable, compassionate, and patient with a positive personality. COVID-19 vaccinated preferred or willing to wear a mask when in close contact Has a reliable form of transportation Favorable Caregiver Background check Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organization or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
