Veralto Product Marketing and Operations Manager in Wood Dale, Illinois

About the role:

As the Product Marketing and Operations Manager, you are the orchestrator ensuring that from inception to market success, operational facets withing Product Management runs with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities coordinating actions between Business Unit Management, Product Planning and Marketing. This position is part of the Global Product Management group located in Wood Dale, Illinois and will be hybrid.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Marketing:

  • Creating and maintaining a master calendar for product specific campaigns by technology

  • Developing a mechanism for prioritizing product campaigns based on ROI

  • Tracking campaign success, progress, and action items via with partnership Business Unit Management, regional marketing managers, demand generation director, and content director.

  • Aiding in the identification of short-term revenue opportunities and coordinating resulting campaigns.

  • Assisting LEx owners by ensuring LEX activities are occurring on time, on schedule, with quality.

  • Supporting product content creation ensuring consistency across technologies in terms of brand messaging and common language to describe common features.

  • Visual Management and Internal Product Team Communications

  • Creating physical global product org visual management boards. This included hosting kaizen events to understand what metrics are important.

  • Updating the VMB data and ensuring its ongoing maintenance

  • Support agenda creation and slides for product team meetings.

  • Product Management Tracking and Report Generation

  • Keeping track of IPV and maintaining IPV table

  • Maintaining the accuracy of the MPL via regular reviews with product planners for updates

  • Keeping track of NPD calculations (calendarizing IPV and incremental revenue in MPL tracker)

  • Support the creation of monthly Ops report outs and slides.

  • Global Owner for Guided Selling in CPQ

  • Ensuring Guided selling in CPQ for SE’s is available at launch of new products. Coordinate with BUM and regional RPMs to determine which bundles and quoting strategies are best by region.

  • Executing MOL of Guided Selling system to account for changes in product offerings.

  • Represent Product Management on the Global CPQ governance board.

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or experience in a senior product manager or marketing role working with a technical product is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts across cross-functional groups.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and experience coordinating various tasks, projects, and resources.

  • A strong understanding of the marking and coding market, industry trends, and user experiences

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $124,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
