Robert Half HR Coordinator in Woodbury, Minnesota

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Oakdale, Minnesota. As a pivotal part of our Human Resources team, your primary role will be to manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into our company culture, understand their roles, and are aware of company policies and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process for new employees.

• Schedule and oversee all onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and training.

• Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation, such as employee handbooks and guidelines on benefits and policies.

• Maintain all HR records, forms, and employee database programs.

• Prior to their start date, communicate with new hires to provide necessary information and address any queries they may have.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and success of the onboarding programs and make necessary adjustments.

• Resolve issues that arise during the onboarding process in a timely and professional manner.

• Facilitate introductions between new hires and existing staff.

• Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed, collected, and secure.

• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and enhance the new hire experience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Paycom, Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in coordinating and scheduling interviews.

• Familiarity with onboarding and attendance tracking processes. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience in using HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

• Proficient in Ceridian software

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions

• Proficient in Compensation Administration

• Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance

• Proficiency in Paycom software

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in scheduling Interviews

• Experience in managing Onboarding processes

• Proficient in Attendance tracking
