Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Woodinville, Washington, United States. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with a variety of accounting duties within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Handle full cycle of bookkeeping duties, including account reconciliation and bank reconciliations.

• Operate and manage SAP Business 1 software for accounting purposes.

• Oversee payroll functions ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain general ledger and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounting issues in a timely manner.

• Keep accurate records of customer credit applications.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed. Requirements • Proficiency in SAP software is a must for efficient management of financial transactions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required to handle vendor payments and manage expenses.

• Skills in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) are essential for ensuring the swift collection of payments and maintaining cash flow.

• Expertise in payroll processing is a must for ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.

• Experience with General Ledger management is required to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is needed to ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.

• Skills in conducting Bank Reconciliations are necessary to verify the company's financial records align with bank statements.
