Job Title: Lead Operator
Job Description
As a Lead Operator, you will be instrumental in organizing daily production activities. Your responsibilities include staging necessary production materials at workstations, monitoring production to manage shortages or overruns, and maintaining accurate shift reports and ERP system inputs. You will also support Operators by answering questions, providing materials, and aiding with information needs. Additionally, you may be involved in training new Operators and act as a resource for them. Your role extends to making production folders, updating shift reports, and potentially assisting with break schedules and automated production runs. Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining operational standards are key aspects of this role.
