Job Overview
Possess knowledge of the functions and applications of information systems. Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting clinical, ancillary, financial and/or administrative systems to efficiently and effectively assist with the goals of fulfilling business objectives. Actively participates in development work groups, performing project management functions and mentoring team members. Expected to complete complex tasks and large or multiple projects with minimal direction.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field AND five to seven years professional experience in the areas of healthcare information technology, application implementation and support, and/or project management. Licensure or certification in clinical area/ clinical application or Healthcare experience is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational and time management skills required in order to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring they are accomplished within the required timeline and meet project expectations. Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills required along with effective oral and written communication skills.
