Introduction:

We are looking for a team leader to ensure line operation with automation and centralized management of projects, manage YDD KPI i.e.: hold WIP and hold percentage to ensure no interruption on inline and OQA operation. The incumbent will need to have strong leadership to optimize/reduce inspection scan and review activities, and handling big team of operators and associate engineers between 4 shifts.

Your Job:

• Identify, resolve, and improve YDD manufacturing related problems.

• Lead a group of associate engineers and operators, and work with modules/yield engineering engineers to drive for defect reduction and baseline yield improvement activities.

• Train YDD engineers for both FEOL and BEOL defect troubleshooting, defect characterization skills, defect reduction and yield improvement methodology.

• Support yield prediction and integrated yield management activities.

• Represent YDD and attend customer conferences call, customer visits and audits with knowledge and confidence

• Performing defect characterization and defect source analysis at new technology process development phase and drive for defect elimination CIP solution.

  Required Qualifications :

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry

• Knowledge in defect and inspection tool recipe creation improvement skills are required.

• Good knowledge of defect reduction strategy, defect to yield correlation methodologies, existing defect solutions and its roadmap in the market.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good analytical and project management skills

• Organized and systematic in problem solving, familiar with SPC, DOE & FMEA

• Great sense of responsibility and prepared to be on call all the time
