Position Summary: Aetna Resources, LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Manager, Project Program Management to Responsible for project management to ensure digitization, presentment, and digital adoption of transactional member communications. Duties include: Implement project and/or program management work including monitoring and tracking of progress; identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services, and workflows based on broad view of the organization; collaborate and partner with other functional managers and other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed; influence change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and systems/quality/services; support enterprise member preference application oversight and manage change process and ensure compliance; analyze NPS customer satisfaction software data to advise and show findings of the member preference application to ensure success of the web presentment project; work with business stakeholders to deliver and keep business standards and meet defined goals; build financial case and obtain financial backing for strategic programs, responsible for all aspects of project/program budget; and create and manage implementation tools and identify key milestones/tasks; monitor and execute key deliverables to all stakeholders. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Technology Management, Management, or a related field and one (1) year of postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Building and implementing strategic business plans; New product development and project management processes to bring new capabilities from definition through development, testing, and launch; identifying risks and technical dependencies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams; Software development lifecycle; Drafting, editing, and submitting budget proposals and make recommendations; Tracking projects and programs on-time within budget; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); and Microsoft Projects, ServiceNow, SmartSheet, and Lucid Chart. Pay Range: $67900.00/year to $146400.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
