Job Objective Incumbents of this role tend to automatic or semi-automatic machines in a continuous production/processing operation, following production/process specifications or instructions as documented and directed. Incumbents monitor meters, gauges, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications, while performing all work in accordance with established safety and quality procedures. Education and Experience - Required Requires high ability to read, understand and implement the many required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIS). Proficiency will be obtained through on-the-job training. Requires previous mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and ability to use this equipment. Experience with training others through on-the-job training. High school diploma or graduate equivalent examination completed.
