Monday - Friday 7:30 am -4:00 pm This position coordinates a mobile addiction service for residents of Greater Worcester. Responsible for daily planning, organizing and coordination of the mobile service in conjunction with a team of clinicians, paramedics, social workers and advocates. Monitors program performance and efficient operational functions while streamlining communication between team members and coordinating activities with other community-based organizations. I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Assures the efficient daily operations of the Mobile Addiction Service including, but not limited to, appropriate scheduling, ordering/use of supplies, workflow, and productivity to meeting program goals and budget. 2. Provides coordination and program support for Mobile Addiction Services which may involve multiple cross-functional teams. 3. Collaborates with leaders, staff, and other stakeholders to communicate the purpose and processes of the Mobile Addiction Service program and to facilitate and encourage participation. 4. Ensures program reporting, data collection and required documentation are completed efficiently and effectively. 5. Participates in the development, implementation, and revision of program policies, procedures, and objectives to guide and support delivery of service including preparation for Joint Commission. 6. Assists with creation and dissemination of reports, dashboards, presentations, memos, team information and other documentation. 7. Drives mobile health van to and from the clinic sites, maintaining safety and security of all supplies and equipment 8. Ensures adequate inventory of equipment, supplies and medications. Provides security of medical and office supplies, including logs. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. Bachelor\'s degree. 2. Current unrestricted driver?s license. Experience/Skills: Required: 1. Minimum three years related experience. 2. Excellent organization skills. 3. Ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, set priorities, and meet timeframes. 4. Ability to support projects through from conception to completion. 5. Excellent written and verbal and presentation skills to facilitate workgroups, prepare materials, report summaries, and general communications. 6. Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Power Point. 7. Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 8.
