Southwestern Mental Health Center Director of Clinical Services in Worthington, Minnesota

In collaboration with the Executive Director, oversees the strategic direction, implementation, and execution of the organizations clinical services. Provides direct employee supervision of clinical department leaders within the agency. (i.e. Unity House Clinical Director, ACT Team Lead, Housing Coordinator, etc.)Provides all services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Center and in accordance with applicable professional code of ethics. Implements and/or maintains clinical procedures and clinical records to meet requirements of State and Federal licensing authorities as well as all contracted vendors. Assure compliance with policy and procedures, code of ethics, applicable rules, regulations, licenses and/or certification for Rule 29, Rule 47 and/or other requirements. Maintain up to date knowledge of program requirements and reporting standards; updating and using relevant knowledge to implement changes to procedures as needed. Assure that outpatient mental health services are properly documented and billed, and work effectively with the billing office and other staff in this area. Responsible for all current program content, program evaluation and contract maintenance insuring all client and contracting agencies needs and contractual requirements are met. This position is expected to carry a small caseload to remain current with the expectation of the field. Provide individual, group, family and/or psychotherapy, (within limits of experience and educational background), including emergency services as necessary to meet the needs of the clients and the Center.The individual must be able to work the hours specified above.
