[OVERALL PURPOSE: [Provide daily financial information to management and analyze the financial performance to ensure they have the data needed to make timely, sound business decisions.

- Analyze, communicate, and provide financial statements to Management
- Assist Business Manager with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Serve as a financial resource to research, analyze, and answer questions
- Responsible for monthly accruals and close procedures
- Other special projects as requested by Group President or Business Manager
- Monthly reconciliation of office working fund
- Vehicle Allowance Program Coordinator
[MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:]{new="" roman="" times=""}
- 1 - 3 years of accounting and/or financial planning experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
[PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:]{new="" roman="" times=""}
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA
- Coal industry experience
- Working knowledge of Ellipse and WorkDay
