Our client, a leader in Healthcare Janitorial Services, is seeking a Healthcare Janitor to join their team. As a Healthcare Janitor, you will be part of the dedicated cleaning staff supporting a safe and clean environment for clients. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Healthcare Janitor
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $18 to $19 an hour
What's the Job?
Perform light cleaning of client rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and offices.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met during client stays, which typically last 7 to 14 days.
Take out garbage and clean bathrooms and floors regularly.
Thoroughly clean and "flip" rooms after each client leaves to prepare for the next client.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
What's Needed?
Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred.
Able to work some weekends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including 1st shift (6am to 2:30pm) or 2nd shift (noon to 8:30pm).
