Tasks & responsibilities
As HR Specialist in Employee Central you are responsible for the professional support as well as the administrative processing of tasks with different complexity, following internal and external compliance regulations.
Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and income related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone are part of your daily job.
You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
As the owner of at least one competence center (e.g., absences, hiring, benefits, compensation) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the EC team.
If needed, you will also be supporting our HR Direct (Front office) team as part of our business continuity model.
About our future employee
You should speak French & English languages (min. B2) and have around 1-2 of professional experience in HR, ideally supporting employee lifecycle process.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, curiosity to learn and service orientation.
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
