Tasks & responsibilities
Performing Recruitment administration to assure a smooth candidate experience.
Expertise in Recruitment-related systems and platforms (e.g., Success Factors, ServiceNow).
Administration of new positions by requesting the relevant HR data.
Scheduling all telephone and on-site interviews for both HR and business stakeholders.
Ensuring availability and accuracy of all data types in the system.
Co-creation of the sourcing strategy by appropriate choice of external job boards.
Answering inquiries from candidates or Hiring Managers by phone and e-mail using our case management system.

About our future employee:
You should speak French (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) languages and have min. 1 year of experience in administration ideally in HR area; experience in Recruitment administration would be an additional asset. If you demonstrate willingness to learn on the job, we are also open for candidates from other areas.
Additionally, we are looking for :
Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas .
Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels.
Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and solid service orientation.
Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
Country-specific knowledge would be a plus.
Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model).
Expertise working with SuccessFactors, MS Office and ServiceNow would be beneficial .
