Tasks & responsibilities

  • Training of apprentices and new employees (e.g. general training, under their own jurisdiction, support discussions).

  • Take-over of special tasks and min. one complex competence center area in the Payroll and Time Management area.

  • Ownership acquisition of in-depth knowledge in Payroll and Time Management.

  • Communication with stakeholders: You will communicate with local stakeholders through calls, e-mails, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing. Process manual updates: You will participate in updating Process Manuals on a yearly basis, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge management.

  • Processing of work orders by telephone, e-mail, ticket in MyService and on-boarding tool and SuccessFactors considering urgency and importance Compliance.

  • Administration of personnel processes in a complex system landscape consisting of global and local HR systems such as ECP, SuccessFactors

Requirements

  • Language skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).

  • Experience: over 4 years of experience supporting employees/customers in Payroll & Time Management, with a willingness to learn on the job.

  • Education: Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields.

  • Key competencies: Demonstrated empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation, networked thinking, long term planning, preferably experienced with SAP/ECP, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel), and SuccessFactors.

  • Analytical skills: Strong research and analysis skills to effectively handle complex issues.

  • Innovation mindset: Positive approach and ability to generate ideas in our Speak-Up culture, contributing to process optimization.
