Air Conditioner Test Leader(Sr. Test Engineer / Project Test Engineer)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Workcell test team management, such as KPI management, equipment management, Man resource management.

  • Follow customer test requirement to make up test plan, test strategy and perform DFT (design for testability) analysis.

  • Define standard procedures for in equipment and fixture fabrication and buyoff process, and operating procedures in production, make sure the test equipment and fixture meet production and customer requirement.

  • Identify and resolve tester issues during the production.

  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the equipment work well.

  • Tester performance improvement by digital tool or system, Such as FPY, OEE, CMK, CPK improvement.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth project launch or production.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the test of large frame equipment, especially air conditioning systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering.

  • Background in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering.

  • Familiarity with various test processes and standard in air conditioning systems.

  • Familiarity with various test software and a basic programming capability.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

  • Problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.

  • Basic communication skill by English.
