Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/1/2025 - 10/31/2025
Workers will be required to drive tractors to assist in putting out fertilizer, planting, working the crop and harvesting the crop, and trucks to harvest grain, as well as work as a general farm laborer performing duties such as laying poly pipe for irrigation, drainage, shovel work, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, cleaning equipment and tools, cleaning the shop area, shop yard, housing yard, as well as any other farm labor duties that arise from working on a grain farm. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Drug tests may be administered post hire at no cost to the workers in order to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or refusal to test may result in immediate termination. Workers will be required to follow all safety and work rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
