US Tech Solutions Pharmacist in Wyoming, Rhode Island
Responsibilities:
Meet/exceed site budgets. Leverage operating policies, procedures and process to ensure operational excellence (5 Rs). Optimize cost management in line with script counts. In coordination with the General Manager, serve as primary owner for Band III accounts, and facility owner for Band I and II accounts in assigned geography.
Drive organic growth and mitigate risk with existing customer relationships. Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with appropriate regional leadership. Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth.
Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Consultant Pharmacists and appropriate corporate functions to meet overall site goals and objectives. Evaluate the overall results of operations; regularly and systematically report the results to the GM and/or VPO. Ensure that all organization activities and operations are executed in compliance with state and/or federal regulations and laws governing financial and pharmacy operations.
Ensure the privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient information and property. Have a thorough understanding of the Customer Pharmacy Services policy and procedure manual. Have a thorough understanding of the Omnicare Long Term Care Pharmacy/Home Infusion Pharmacy Policy and Procedure Manual and internal pharmacy policies and procedures. Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the VPO, GM or Omnicare management.

Experience:
Knowledgeable about long term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws and other federal laws) that have an impact upon both pharmacy and Center operations preferred
Pharmacist active Licence
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
