LifePoint Health Monitor Tech PRN in Wytheville, Virginia
Under the supervision of an RN, performs telemetry monitoring.
Reports to: Director of Medical/Surgical or a designed Charge Nurse
Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
Completion of a course in basic telemetry is Preferred
Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days from date of hire
