Jabra China is currently on a look out for Team Lead, AMS Sustainability Engineer to join Global Repair Solutions in Xiamen, China.

The primary responsibility for the position is to lead the team of AMS Sustainability Engineers to perform repairability assessment for new products following GN's sustainability policy and related design for repair direction, manage team's tasks and activities of involving in NPDs and launching repairs in repair centers, monitor time & workload for the team related to participation in new products development and launch of new repairs, secure processes are documented and followed and drive optimization towards excellence.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

· To ensure day-to-day operations of AMS Sustainability Engineers are proceeded according to R&R setting.

· To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure repairability input is provided at right phase and in right format, and that actions are managed timely during new products development process.

· To lead repair NPI projects to ensure every new repairing is proceeding within schedule and with needed documents and equipment/tool ready.

· To ensure the implementation of processes & flows and needed documentation takes place within the team.

· To coordinate projects and tasks involvement within team to contribute to company strategy and projects.

· To ensure completion of all activities related to setting up new repair in the repair centers and prober handover to relevant functions for daily repair operation conducted in due time.

· To manage the performance of the AMS Sustainability Engineers and ensure workload balance and working efficiency through optimal allocation of tasks.

· To optimize and develop the area and processes concerning AMS Sustainability Engineers.

A strong Jabra service person, we imagine the following sounds like you:

· Master or Bachelor degree with professional technical knowledge & major preferably within engineering.

· 3 years' or more working experience in Electronic industry

· Familiar with NPI processes and key points.

· Professional product knowledge with sufficient technical background.

· Strong IT knowledge including good capabilities in Microsoft Office.

· Skills with video test & PCBA test knowledge.

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

· Strong organizational and communication skill.

· Experience in project area.

· Management skills, leading teams to excellent performance.

· Good working attitude and sense of responsibility.

· Fast learner and quick in mastering new areas and complexities.

· Self-motivating with a positive attitude.
