Job Description
We currently have introductory and senior level career opportunities for Armed & Unarmed Security Officers in Yakima area. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in a career in law enforcement or military as you will gain hands on experience, report writing, and interacting with local law enforcement. Spanish/English Bilingual is a plus. YOU WILL: -Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle -Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards -Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits -Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities -Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner -Additional duties as assigned You Provide -Genuine desire and interest in the security industry -Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others -Reliable transportation -Basic computer skills to include word and outlook -Great communication/writing skills -Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License (must not have any felonies or misdemeanors) -Flexible working schedule to include weekends -18 years of age and older -DRIVERS LICENSE -Pass pre-employment drug testing -Starting Wage $18.00-$22.00/DOE based on experience and potential.
