Vontier Office Admin (Maternity leave replacement) in Yakum, Israel

The Office Admin serves as Orpak CEO assistant, including providing support in his daily tasks and meeting schedule, direct contact with leaders and focal points around the globe

Ownership over travel services in the company including working with travel agents and traveling employees

General administrative support in various functions to an individual, team, or department within the organization

Provides courteous and professional communication with all staff and customers

Manages and maintains office inventory, including office supplies, cell phones and more

Responsible for cleaning services and office look and feel

Addresses administrative tasks and resolves issues based on priority

Works in alignment with an additional Office Admin, based at the company front desk, and providing services to visitors and employees

Assists with event management and collaboration amongst suppliers and onsite visitors

*5 years + in administrative position, preferable in hi-tech industry, providing admin services to VPs level and above

*Multitasker - experience in managing a few projects parallelly.

*High level English (speaking, writing)

*Motivated, enthusiastic, service oriented, excellent interpersonal skills. Friendly and upbeat demeanor

*Experience in coordinating flights

*Willing to work in the office 5 days a week, 9:00 to 18:00
