Description:
- Responsible for maximizing the hotel revenue.
负责使酒店收益达到最大化
- Responsible for controlling his/her departmental expenses and for respecting budget and guidelines.
负责根据酒店相应预算以及指导方针控制部门费用支出
- Ensures in co-operation with the Finance Department proper control concerning credit application and assists whenever necessary in Receivable collection.
确保与财务部合作妥善控制相关信贷申请并在需要时协助应收账款之工作
- Responsible for preparing in due time budgets, capital expenditure proposals, requested estimate and projection and for their reconciliation with actual performances.
负责制定到期预算、资本支出建议、相关要求的预估及规划以及其实际业绩对账
