Emerson Financial Analyst in Yongin-si, South Korea
Job Summary:

We are looking for a financial analyst with strong eye for detail to provide comprehensive financial mentorship to the organization and management to achieve business goals. You will be driving business efficiency and success by ensuring adequate Internal Controls are in place to maintain accuracy of financial reporting while safeguarding company’s assets and reputation.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Acting window for dedicated financial area and bank/treasury related topics
Conduct cash collection, account receivable aging and past-due management
Prepare bank reconciliation
Review and prepare bank guarantee
Customer credit analysis and review of releasing hold orders
Handle multiple types of securities and conduct annual credit evaluation
Review sales contracts and other account receivable related documents
Prepare quarterly VAT filing
Support Internal audit, Statutory audit, Tax filing support and other accounting related tasks
Work with accounting/planning team to ensure accurate financials and increase efficiency by developing automated reporting process
Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for responsible area conduct Balance sheet review
Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations
We are responsible for compliance with global policies and process standardizations
Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analyses as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises
Who You Are:
You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all projects assigned to the team

Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
For This Role, You Will Need:
BA degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting
Over 3 years of Finance in Multinational Company
Strong digital literacy in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
