Sr. Application Analyst w/ Montefiore Health System, Inc. (Yonkers, NY). Implement Healthy Planet, Epic’s population health module, focused on connecting EHR systems across platforms. Develop and/or configure a wide range of interoperability connectivity, including, but not limited to, EHR connectivity, APIs, HL7, Data Reconciliation and Mapping. Opportunity allows for partial work from home as long as employee resides in the same Metropolitan Statistical Area, where the job is offered (as defined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics). Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and two (2) years of experience working as an Application Analyst, IT Analyst, or related position.
