Staffing Service USA Community Manager - York, PA in York, Pennsylvania

Professional, motivated and customer-service oriented Community Manager needed for a residential townhouse community in York, PA!

The Community Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicate with community members and address inquiries, concerns and complaints 
  • Oversee the daily operations of the community association
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance requests
  • Attend monthly meetings and board meetings
  • Ensure that the rules and regulations of the community are being followed
  • Act as the point of contact to the Board and the community members
  • Play a significant role with special projects

The Community Manager must meet the following requirements:

  • 1+ years working in a customer service role required
  • 1+ years working in a leadership role required
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word and MS Excel skill level required
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minutes
  • Ability to speak in front of groups of people
  • Experience working in HOA preferred, but not required
  • Community Association Managers CMCA Certification preferred, but not required
