Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator in York, Pennsylvania

Adecco has partnered with a client company hiring for an HR Coordinator - in Lancaster PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay range is 43k to 57k depending on experience.

  • The Human Resources Coordinator assists with record maintenance, recruiting process, and other administrative tasks

  • Assists in developing new position job descriptions when needed. Assists supervisors with creating and updating job descriptions as needed to ensure accurate job duties and expectations for each person and that

  • Acts as back-up for healthcare and leave benefits (must have a day-to-day benefits background)

  • Internal position control by posting “Requests for Personnel” internally and externally to ensure equal employment opportunity for positions.

  • Assists with wellness initiatives Assist with updating ATS Acts as back-up with the onboarding process

  • Performs E-Verify checks and Career Link enrollment and maintains forms according to best practices and standards

  • Completes exit interviews and shares with appropriate leadership Completes reference checks Provides assistance to other HR team members on various matters, as needed.

  • Conducts and/or participates in periodic meetings with respective programs/departments; works closely with supervisory staff and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity, increase retention and move towards being the Employer of Choice.

  • Partners with leaders and/or employees to settle work-related conflicts through advice, recommendations, counseling conversations. Models appropriate problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques. Leads disciplinary steps if warranted for employee relations.

  • Schedules background screenings (PA Child Abuse, FBI fingerprints, etc.).

  • Participates in employee orientation.

  • Process all new hire information by creating new employee personnel files and completing entry into the HRMS system.

Pay Details: $43,000.00 to $57,000.00 per year
