Position Overview:

PlanITROI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations eCommerce Supervisor to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations related to e-commerce and order fulfillment. This role is integral to managing daily fulfillment activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, and leading a dynamic team to meet and exceed performance standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all fulfillment activities to ensure orders are processed, picked, and shipped in accordance with channel Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure Marketplace orders are shipped the same day if processed before 2:00 PM.
• Coordinate replacement orders due to quality issues and manage bulk and wholesale orders following customer labeling and shipping guidelines.
• Organize and monitor storage space to optimize inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular physical cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and oversee inventory control measures to address and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee daily operational activities in collaboration with teammates, other supervisors, and managers.
• Monitor and ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.
• Lead and develop fulfillment team members by providing direction, training, and ongoing coaching.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Warehouse eCommerce/Fulfillment Supervisor role or similar capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide warehouse staff. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to swiftly address operational challenges and make informed decisions regarding inventory, staffing, and logistics.
• Precision in handling orders, tracking inventory, and maintaining records to prevent errors in shipping and receiving.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment and professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed.
