Your Opportunity + Impact The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the delivery and financial performance of multidiscipline projects. This position is in charge of schedule and budget management, resource planning, forecasting, price proposals/amendments, and invoicing. Client coordination is required. Professional industry involvement is encouraged. The Sr. Project Manager should achieve an individual annual revenue goal of $1M. This position may include program/client management, technical management, and/or staff management. Key Responsibilities Adheres to all established company policies, procedures, and standards, includes managing project risk according to policy Directs, mentors, and guides team members and staff in partnership with the technical manager; provides annual performance evaluations and career development plans; reviews retention data; participates in the interview process for new hires Develops network of professional contacts through involvement in thought leadership, civic, and professional organizations Recognizes opportunities for new projects and develops leads / business development activities Recommends new technology and processes for continuous improvement of services Manages, resolves, and escalates issues, includes communicating with the client, gathering information, and implementing a plan Participates in professional organization events, conferences, and committees; presenter or white paper experience is a plus Maintains accurate project data in ERP system; verifies client invoices for financial team Manages large clients/projects, strategic clients, and clients/projects which may require more complex, multi-departmental services exceeding $1M revenue Prepares workload forecasting reports and resource plans Develops and tracks project budgets and schedules and identifies potential issues; ultimately responsible for project profit objectives Manages project delivery, financials and risk management with finance and legal teams Prepares, reviews, and coordinates contract agreement documents with the legal team; executes contract agreements within the approval signatory policy limits Ensures transparent communication of project status within and across departments, program and project teams, and key stakeholders Identifies new markets, develops leads and opportunities, performs business development activities, and pursues new geographies Promotes, utilizes, and supports quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors and omissions. Ensures compliance with environmental, survey, and other rules, regulations, and permitting requirements; coordinates with permitting team when required
