Microsoft Corporation Cloud Solution Architect - Generative AI in Zaventem, Belgium
As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in AI within the Customer Success Unit (CSU), you will be the technical expert on Generative AI and OpenAI on Azure. Your primary responsibility will be to help our customers achieve success by delivering innovative AI solutions through Unified.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical expert on Generative AI and OpenAI on Azure, providing deep technical knowledge and guidance to customers
Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and design AI solutions that drive customer success and satisfaction
Unified Delivery: Deliver AI solutions through the Unified Support model, ensuring seamless integration and support for customers
Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions
Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement sessions to customers and internal teams on Generative AI and OpenAI on Azure
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Azure technologies, and continuously innovate to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure ongoing success with AI solutions
Qualifications
Proven experience in AI, with a focus on Generative AI and OpenAI on Azure
Strong technical background in cloud computing, particularly Azure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Experience in delivering solutions as a Consultant
