Shire IT Launch and Brand Excellence Lead in Zug, Switzerland
The IT Launch and Brand Excellence Lead role is responsible for Global Launch and Brand Planning business partnership/alignment.
He/she will create and execute a Launch IT excellence support centre of practice and educate regional business partner teams on best demonstrated practice around launch of products and then subsequently ongoing marketing of products through IT systems.
Responsible for creation, awareness, education and adoption of IT Launch playbooks and best practice sharing. As well as the IT system owner for the Commercial Excellence platform to enable Launches and Brand Planning excellence.
He/she will ensure launch tactics and platforms are shared and implemented across the world through regional IT Business Partner organisations. Reporting to the Head of GPS and Commercial Operations IT, he/she will support GPS IT Launch and Brand Planning responsibilities.
The Commercial excellence IT platform will be a key initiative that this role will be responsible for ongoing enhancements and maintaining.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant technical experience, including systems analysis, design and implementation.
Work experience in roles such as Commercial IT, Commercial IT Project Management.
Experience in Digital Media, IT Project Management, Commercial Reporting, Digital Marketing, IT Product Launches
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Understanding of online communities and key success factors for driving results (sales and engagement).
Work with a cross-functional Marketing and launch team.
A strong ability to develop, document and present business documentation including Business Cases, Business Requirements and Project Plans.
